Unfortunately they discovered a head gasket leak/failure which is not super uncommon for these cars at this age. I scheduled a time with them to run some tests on my engine to see if it was fit for a stage 2 set up, since it did have about 138000 miles on it. I was immediately drawn to them due to their super friendly nature and their expansive knowledge, not to mention their reviews. My first interaction with this shop was when I was calling shops around the Chicago area trying to figure out who could do a stage 2 setup on my 05FXT. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else and I even go as far as saying that their shop is one of the reasons why I'll probably never move away from Illinois. There is a sense of pride in knowing Six Star worked on your car and repping them with their logo. After getting the car back, it drives better than the day I bought it.

They had the car for over 13 weeks total and gave me every excuse in the book why it wasn’t running right. Weeks of fighting with the dealership to make it right. My car had just recently had a new short block put in by my local dealership. I was having my tuning done by Boosted Tuning Performance (Graham) at their location. This is my first experience with Six Star Motorsports.
